one way to a fitter, more alert, healthier you. It’s the way your insides feel as you would after you’re filthy and have stood under the
shower.
Water Fasting - not for everyone
Some of course take to water fasting like a proverbial duck to water. They just feel good immediately and feel all pepped up. However, others
go through a period of detoxification and could experience headaches or weakness, maybe even dizziness. This is why it is advisable to start

find mucus, carcinogens, trans fatty acids and toxins. When you start off on water fasting, the body is free to fight these unwanted intruders
and burn them up, following which they are eliminated from the body.
If you do feel dizzy, it is because your heart slows down and goes into a rest mode instead of its usual frenetic pace which is necessary
during digestion. All you need to do when you do feel weak is to sit down for a while.
Washing out the acidity
For the acidic constitution (or body acidity), this is the best thing that can happen. So many conditions
arise out of an acidic constitution – constipation, indigestion, colds, bronchitis, allergies.
The more fats and chemicals we put into our body, the worse things get. The toxins permeate everywhere, clogging up the systems of elimination
in the body.
This is also a state that is brought on by an excessive use of drugs. It then becomes a vicious cycle – you load your system, you get ill, you
pop strong medication and the body just gets more congested and clogged up with all that muck which remains there and has no place to go. Water
cleanses the body of its clogged-up waste and lets the health in.
