The other day there was this news flash about a famous actress claiming her detox program was a success and she was feeling really rejuvenated and raring to get back to work. What is this fuss about a detox program is all about? Maybe be beneficial for you and me besides those high flying celebrities.

Have you ever paid attention to your diet? Ever wondered what you must be putting your body through when you ate that yummy burger with fries? When we are young our bodies are able to process the food eaten fairly efficiently. Over time this efficiency reduces because now there is build up of toxins and pollutants in the body which the body is not able to process and so they just get stored.
